CLAAV Group Ltd Retention Schedule

 

Purpose of Data Retention:

CLAAV Group Ltd retains personal data to maintain membership records and provide services to individuals during their membership period.

 

Retention Period:

While you are a Member of CLAAV Group Ltd:

Your personal information will be retained for the duration of your membership with CLAAV Group Ltd.

After Relinquishing Membership:

Once you have relinquished your membership, your personal information will be retained for an additional 6 months.

Data Deletion:

After 6 months from the date of relinquishment, your personal information will be permanently deleted.

 

Reason for Retention:

To manage membership status and related communications.

To fulfill any legal, financial, or administrative obligations.
